If you forgot your new password, don't worry. You can reset your password
by clicking "Forgot your password? (Set new password after migration)"
and following the instructions.
In addition, we provide a dedicated user guide to reset the
password.
You have the flexibility to log in using either your email address or your user ID. Choose the option that's most convenient for you.
If you encounter any other issues or require further assistance, please reach out to your local administrator. They are equipped to provide you with the necessary support to resolve your query promptly.
We've improved your login experience for enhanced security and ease of
use! This page will guide you through updating your password and setting
up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for the new system.
You can find information on various topics via the menu on the left-hand
side. Dedicated step-by-step guides for common use cases are provided
via the link "User Guides".
An Identity and Access Management (IAM) System is a framework of policies
and technologies ensuring that the right individuals have the
appropriate access to an organization’s technology resources.
Imagine an IAM solution as a bouncer at a club. The club represents
Daimler Truck's digital space, which contains lots of valuable
information that needs protection.
Identity is like a club member's ID card. It proves who
you are. When a person shows up at the club, the bouncer (the IAM
solution) checks their ID to verify their identity. This process is
known as authentication.
Access Management is the bouncer's list that specifies
which areas of the club each member is allowed to enter. Some members
might only be allowed on the main dance floor, while others can access
the VIP area. This is authorization.
So, the IAM solution's job is to check your ID at the door
(authentication) and then decide where in the club you're allowed to go
(authorization). It keeps the club secure by ensuring only the right
people get in and only to the areas they're supposed to access. This
way, the application doesn't need to manage and protect your credentials
itself; it relies on the IAM solution to handle that responsibility.
Your account has been securely migrated to the new system, but for security reasons, we did not transfer the password. You must set a new password when logging in for the first time.
While all applications transition to the new IAM system, they might not transfer at the same time. You may need to use different passwords for different applications. For applications hosted in the old IAM system, you can use your old password, but for applications that have migrated, you must use the password you created when logging in for the first time.
Set a new password for your migrated account by clicking "Forgot your password? (Set new password after migration)" and follow the instructions or use our step-by-step guide.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is a security process that requires
more than one method of verification from users to access a resource,
such as an application. It typically involves a password (something you
know) and a second factor like a mobile device (something you have),
enhancing security against unauthorized access. While MFA can be new to
some users, we aim to make it user-friendly and offer support for any
issue.
In simple terms:
The MFA process can be compared to installing a second lock on your
front door. Like using a key to unlock the main door, you use your
password to access your systems. With the additional lock, you must have
an additional secret code to unlock the second lock on your door. Even
if someone manages to steal your key (password), they cannot open this
second lock without the special code.
We offer different MFA options: Authenticator (TOTP), Phone, and Email.
We recommend "Authenticator (TOTP)" with the Microsoft Authenticator app.
You need to have a mobile device. Our dedicated guides for the initial log in make it simple and straightforward.
For "Phone" verification, select "Send Code" to receive a six-digit SMS code or "Call Me" to verify by pressing "#" during the incoming call. Your phone number must be registered.
If you chose "Email", you will receive an email with a six-digit code to verify your identity.
Please switch to the Authenticated Area and log in.
