If you're an external stakeholder and require assistance with Business ID or related systems,
please note that direct ticket creation for support is unavailable for external users.
Instead, follow these steps to resolve your issues:
Who to Contact for Support:
1. Your Direct Admin:
Reach out to your organization’s designated administrator responsible for managing Business ID access and
permissions.
They are your first point of contact for resolving most issues.
2. Local IT Support:
If your direct admin is unable to assist, contact your local IT Support team.
They are equipped to handle technical issues and escalate them if necessary.
3. For Further Assistance:
If neither your admin nor your local IT Support can resolve the issue,
they may escalate it through the appropriate channels on your behalf.
